problem with XP

ive upgraded to XP over 98se but now when i use IE6 or Outlook and click on a link i only get an empty box in IE and have to fill in the url myself and in Outlook when i click on a link i get the message “do you want end connection” with my ISP.Can anyone help as it was ok in 98se.Also does anyone know how to convert FAT32 over to NFTS in XP without having to do a cleam install. Thanks.
