Problems when running a dial up script

We have a brand new Acer Travelmate 514 with internal modem. It is running NT 4.0, SP5. When we try to dial in and use a script, we can’t be authenticated. If we do not use the script, and bring up a terminal window and put the info manally, its ok.The same scripts works fine on IBM thinkpads, Toshiba and other PCs and various modems.

Any suggestions?
