Problems with dial-up Adapter Windows ME

In diagnotsic mode I get the message problem with a system file: VxD dynamic link call: WG3N (01) + 0001924E to “0028” service 8029. In system properties I see the message – a problem with dial-up adapter in Network adapters. This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the files (ndis.VxD) that loads the drivers for the device (code 8) To fix this problem run Windows setup again.
Where do I find the dial-up adapter files on the ME CD ROM so I can load them without having to re-install ME?
