Problems with dynamic ranges and Indirect function in Excel

I have been using dynamic ranges for sometime and also separately using the indirect function to reference static ranges. Now I am trying to combine the two and for some reason they will not function. When creating the list in data validation, excel brings up the message box “the source currently evaluates to an error”.
If any one has had a similar problem I would be interested to hear if they found a solution.
