procedure does not exist

Thus says Web4 in Banner when I click on the newly introduced menu item. Web4 gets the name of the procedure and its containing package right. The procedure has been defined in Web Tailor, and recently correctly compiled, head and body, into the database in which Web4 is working. Any ideas where I should look?
