Processor monitoring software

Hi,

My PC’s (W98SE 750 MHz)CPU is now and then completely used up (100% activity), and I can’t pick up the guilty process.

Does anyone know of a piece of software able to monitor system processes, and tell me the percentage each running process is eating out ? I know this is regular in WIN XP but what about WIN98SE ?
