Product codes, keys, COA’s all mixed up!

hello all, I am that isn?t a new topic but possible a new twist. I work for a company that has hundreds of CD’s and a very nice clerk decided to organize them. Unfortunately she didn’t keep the product codes, coa (whatever they’re called) together. So now I have a very nicely organized binder of CD’s and stack of key codes. Most of the software is MS: Exchange, Visio, Office etc. Is there anyway that I can verify which product key, license, COA etc goes with corresponding software. Or am I just S.O.L? ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
