Profiles

I’ve been thrust into a system admin job for a school system. I’m a newbie at this. We have some school principals who sometimes change schools from one year to the next. When this happens we just move their user ID over to the container for the other school. However, I discovered one today that had been moved, but her profile remained at her old school. Suddenly it showed her old stuff (evidently it hadn’t been…don’t understand that one yet). I changed the profile path to that of her present school. The problem is she has lost her stuff. It’s not in the present school folder or the old one. Can anyone give me some ideas? I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.
