Program not found

My machine was recently attacked by a virus and everytime I boot a box titled ‘Program not found’ pops up.It says ‘eanvvhpvpstqc.exe cannot be found by windows.This program is needed for the opening of application files’.Is there a way of eliminating this problem?Please help
