Prohibit Picture Copying from Website

I had heard there was a way to keep pictures placed on websites from being copied. I thought it was a Tech Republic article, and I cannot seem to find it now.

Is it possible to “gray out” the right click menu for “save picture as”? I realize someone could still use a “capture software (like Snag-It)… but any suggestions would be appreciated.
