Pros & Cons of ASP vs Cold Fusion

I’m facing the situation of having to choose between developing a new site using CF (as per our current site) or ASP. What are the key differences and pro’s and cons for each? I’m a non-technical web manager, with content focus, but need to explainto the MDs the situation so we can make a decision. We need scalability, stability and flexibility. Which is ‘better’?
