Proxy Server connection

Basically I have a PDC a BDC and an NT workstation. The PDC has Proxy server
2.0 on it sitting happily with IIS 4.0 and the relevant service packs. I
have configured autodial etc but when I configure my browser to use the
Proxy it simply returns the error page not found for any URL.
What extra configuration do I need?
