Publishing SQL Data for Palm devices

We currently have a SQL database that we would like to make available to our remote users. These users all have palm devices that can connect to our office. I have established spreadsheets with queries that allow our in house people to view the required information. How can I go about either publishing this information or making it available to the Palm users? I would like it to auto-refresh whenever a user connects so they are looking at current information. This is way beyond anything I’ve had to do previously so I may be in way over my head. A simple guideline on how to publish the SQL data I want to a website would at least get me moving in the right direction. Thanks for any help you can provide.
