QR CODE detection on quadcopter

Hi! I have a question regarding the QR CODE recognition. I wanted to know is it possible to setup image processing on a quadcopter so that it will be able to decode the qr code and display it on a laptop or any other screen. Say, I know what possibilities can be there. Like the numbers 1 to 10 but encidedninto a QR CODE. Can somebody help me with this issue as it is critical for a competition that I am taking part in
