Qualcomm QCA61x4A Won’t Work

Hi everyone,
I have a precision 5520 laptop running Windows 10. I recently preformed a network reset, which afterwords wiped my WiFi adapters. Afterwords, I went to device manager and saw a warning symbol under Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) and Qualcomm QCA61x4A 11ac Wireless Adapter. For each one, when I click properties, it says “Windows is still setting up class configuration for this device. (Code 56)”. How do I fix this? I currently can’t use the WiFi on my computer
