Quick Settings not opening properly

I can no longer access Quick Settings in Windows 11 the way I used to to see available wifi networks. If I use Win+A, the action center will open and the available wifi networks, volume, etc. can be accessed. Before, I could click on the network icon or the sound icon and it would open. Now it won’t open that way. Clicking on the sound icon just opens the volume setting for the speaker, and clicking on the network icon opens a gray block which quickly disappears. Win+A opens everything, so I know Quick Settings is working. It’s just accessing it that is the problem. Can anyone help?
