Quickbooks time setting

I get the following error “You have changed the system time when other users are using this company file. This may compromise the behavior of quickbooks. We strongly recommend you inform all users to immediately close and reopme the company file before continuing” This happens only on the one pc. We have turned time tracking and automatic updates off but to no avail it still happens. Any suggestions on how to resolve this ongoing issue.
