QUICKEN problems

I have problems with Categories in a Quicken H&B data file. Everytime I try to do certain things, the program closes. It happena at ramdom but the most commom times are
1- If I try to add a sub category to the “AUTO” category. (It may or may not do it with other categories)
2- If I try to do a report on some categories
3- If I try to print a category list the includes some of “trouble” categories.
I have tried many things to fix this problem to no avail. I had this problem now since Version 2005. I’m now in version 2009 and the problem persist. It is probably in the data file but I have no idea how to fix it.
