Raid 0 Not A Choice In Bios?

by tyharo . Updated 14 years, 2 months ago

I have an AsusG72Gx Laptop. It has two HDD ports and Is apparently said to be able to switch to Raid 0. I’ve updated my Bios and Chipset but either the choice is not there or I just cant find it. I currently have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit install and I am willing to reinstall windows to use Raid 0. When I enter my bios and go to my Sata configuration settings it only list IDE or AHCI. Am I missing a driver or does this laptop just not support Raid 0.
Note: Ive found a driver (Intel(R) ICH10R SATA AHCI Controller) for my laptop. I read through the read me and its mentions Raid quite a bit. I downloaded it but I have no Idea how to install it.
