Random TV ? Radio sounds Vista Home Premium

Hi all,
Have cleaned a laptop with Japanese Keyboard for a customer, Microsoft Security Essentials , Malwarebytes and Spybot show it to be clean but….
This laptop spuriously plays out what sound like radio / Tv sounds
Am at my wits end……
Need some help
