Rdisk – I need it to span multiple disks

Can it be done??

I get the following error:
“Repair Disk Utility could not copy all files to the Emergency Repair Disk.
The Emergency Repair Disk is full. The configuration files were saved to your hard disk.”

Are ALL of the files on the disk or only the ones that could not be copied? Where are they located?

I know MS must know that this problem exists but can’t find anything on their website.
