Re deploy Outlook

When setting up a New PC I want to migrate all the Outlook settings (Not Outlook Express) from the old PC. I have no problem with *.pst folders both exporting and importing. Problem is how to export/import Internet Mail accounts settings to new machine. There must be a way but I can’t find it
Please advise – Thanks
