I want to have a ‘clean’ installation of W2K. This is to be installed on other machines as a skeleton whereas other software will be installed.
I was planning on doing this with a current 80GB hard drive, partitioning it 20GB and 60GB. The 20GB would be the skeleton OS and the 60GB the standard OS that I would usually do my work from. If a system becomes unstable (mine or someone elses), I would use this hard drive, booting from my system OS and copying the skeleton OS onto a blank (formatted with NTFS) hard drive.
Would this be the best way for ‘clean’ reinstallations?
Any advice is appreciated
