Re-pairing Bluedio Bluetooth 5260 to Nokia 6500 Slide

I had successfully install Bluedio Bluetooth 5260 to my Nokia 6500 Slide and it work properly. However, i had accidently delete the pairing. Afterthat, i cannot re-pairing this devise to my phone again. Ps. Already fully charge the devise, recheck it was properly swith on but all efford fail to get it pair with the phone. Please help.
