Reading a CD

Hi, I created a bootable cd about a year ago using Nero. Created my own menu system and tools.

I am back at it again to create a new Boot CD but would like to view my old configurations. How can i view a cd-roms “boot files” because when i insert the cd in the drive all i see are executables. I can’t see system files. (ie: autoexec.bat / config.sys / etc. etc.) How can i view these files off of a cd.
