Rebooted Server, not Clients not work

I have a 2000 domain with XP Workstations. I was running out of space on my c: drive, so I moved the swap partition to another drive. Then rebooted. Now when the XP workstations log in sometimes none of thier icons show up, sometimes it’s taken as many as three reboots of the workstation to get the icons to show up.

any idea’s other then move the swap file back to C:
