rebuild tcp/ip or client for ms networks

win 2000 is broken and I need to fix the tcp/ip and or the bindings… Specificially I need to reinstall all necessary protocals to access the internet. I have attemepted to RIP all adapters and protocals and reinstall from both Admin and Safe Mode Admin with no avail. I would love to hear from someone that can give me an option other than reinstalling the OS…
