Receiving errors in MicroSoft Outlook()

Hello,
I keep getting a common error when I send/receive in Outlook. I can send emails, but I cannot receive them. I have set up my email account on another computer and it will recieve new emails so I know it’s not my email setup which I have checked numerous times. I have run SCANPST and it does not find any errors. Any suggestions. It’s the “sending receiving reported error 0x80040119, unknown error”. Thanks
