How does fortune 500 companies rate experienced software developers with 10 – 20 years mainframe experience and a recent Information Technology degree from University of Phoenix or University of Massachusetts Lowell online. Also, when they apply for contracting or permanent positions; mainframe, web development and e-commerce do they factor in the degree as a plus?
Also, would this be a plus for the over fifty experienced programmer?
