recover files from hard drive

hi I have to recover files from a hard drive that I have removed from my laptop as it won’t boot.

i have it in a caddy. I have recovered intact most of my files from one of the partitions. one partition remains inaccessible. I have tried variouos downloaded opartition recovery programs and saved the raw data. how do I convert it back so that I can see my photos, hear my music etc?
