Recovery Console

I tried to use the Recovery Console XP/2000 to recover data from a corrupted HD. When I entered the command: “set allowallpaths=true”, I got the message:

“The SET command is an optional Recovery Console command that can only be enabled by using Security Configuration and Analysis snap-in.”

How can I find, use and enable that Security Configuration/Analysis snap in?
