recoving a deleted profile file

Anyone know how I can recover a deleted .pst file on my c:\.

Bit of background – IT support decided to delete my user profile on my machine and recreate it… but they forgot to backup my .pst file that was in my outlook folder of my profile location!!

Fingers crossed that this is possible!!!

Help!, and thanks in advance..
