Regarding Policy

Hi,

I am System Administrator of a network and I have provided Domain Admin rights to some of the user so that they can work but someone changed it domain policy.I checked in Event Viewer but i did’nt get any useful info through which I can know who changed.Is there any other way i can find out who changed it.
I would appreciate if someone assist me on this this is urgent.
