Reinstall IE in XP

If IE gets corrupted in XP how do you reinstall it? If you use a cd which version can you use if you have XP SP2 Home Edition. I think I ran into a version conflict one time a while back when trying to install IE in XP. Any suggestions would sure be appreciated!!
