Remote Access for MACs

We use internet access to our Windows Terminal/Citrix servers for Work at Home. We have an art dept that wants to enable MAC users to work from home. While there is a Citrix client to allow them to use applications remotely from a MAC, the problemis they need to access a MAC server to pull down MAC art files to their local MAC over the internet. I’m interested in any solutions people have out there that work well for file transfer with MAC’s. Our network is primarily Netware with NT/W2K app servers.
