Remote Assitance

RA wizard runs up to the point of sending the invitation, then (Internet Explorer) error message reads “A program could not start. Please try again”

Windows XP SP2 workstation on NT 4.0 domain.

Trying on same subnet (not going via 3rd party firewalls)

No group/local policy in effect (have also try putting one into effect).

XP firewall – exceptions have been made for remote assistance, helpsvc.exe and port 135. Even tried disabling completely.
