Remote desktop in XP

Here is my scenario:
I have upgraded my Lan workstations from 2000 to XP with no problem.I activated the remote desktop feature in sytem properties and selected remote users to log on which would only include myself since I am the Admin.When I attempt to log in to the workstations via remote, I get the log on screen, I type the admin name and pw but get the following error: The local policy of this system does not permit you to log on interactively. Any suggestions!!!
