Remove contents search in windows 7

My company just migrated to windows 7 and at work we have tens of thousands of files that can match any type of search.
Whenever I try to do a search the search returns more than 5000 matches because is searching for contents.
Many of us here we want to remove the option of searching for contents, (is a pain) we just want to search on file names, PLEASE HELP.
Can someone please let us know how we remove the option of searching for contents in windows explorer and search only for file names?
We do not want the contents search at all; we just want the search to return file names only.
