Remove old server

How do I remove an old server from the other domain controllers records.

I have a domain which had three servers in it, not it only has two as we retired a server (well it died really, and can’t restart it, bless it). but it still shows up in the sites and services AD control.

Could anyone tell me the steps to get rid of it please.

I am running windows 2000 server SP4 with a single domain.
