Remove orphaned DC from Active Directory

I have one windows 2003 Enterprise edition DC and one addition DC.The additional Dc Crashed. I need to remove this from the Primary Domain controller without affecting the Dc.

Is there any tool to remove the orphaned Dc from Active directory
