Removed Domain no local accounts enabled

I had a problem with a system after using an adware removal tool from symantec for removing NewDotNet6 adware. After that I could not access resources on the domain from any valid accounts on that pc. I wasn’t sure if something happened with the SID file so I removed it from the domain, planning to add it back and I realized that all the local accounts on the PC are disabled. So I can’t log back on to re-join the domain. Any suggestions?
