Removing 2000 ws login from nw login

We run a Netware Network made up of (up until now) win 95/98 work stations running novell client. we recently purchased 2 new computers with NT (95/98 was not an option – apparently and still is not) however the powers that be don’t like the idea of having to create a users on every W.S running 2000 as well as having to log on to netware and the 2000 W.S as well. Is there any way to allow 2000 W.S to authenticate/synchronise/import the usernames and groups from the Netware server to the NT machines. Any help/advise appreciated… Also buying 2000 server is out of the question
