replacing cracked lcd screen on Acer iconia a100

having trouble finding someone to install new lcd screen – I know that the screen is glued to the front frame – if I were to tackle this myself would I need to (a) remove guts to get to the screen from the back or (2) is there a way of working from the front and (!) how would I glue in the new screen
