restore on bootup

I would like to know how to setup the restore program in xp pro, on bootup. Another words have an option to run the restore program as a bootup option. If I could not get my pc to start windows, because of errors causing it not to startup. It would be nice to have the option to run the restore while booting up. I know the company I work at has an option to press F11 to run the restore as it is booting up, then if you do nothing in a few moments it continues to bootup in to windows. Can a program be created or a software purchased so that this could be an option? Thanks…
