Restoring a SATA server to a SCSI server

Hi Can anyone help me I need to restore a Win2000 server which was installed on a SATA raid machine, onto a SCSI raid machine. So far I’m unable to get it to switch to the SCSI driver. If i run recovery consol it can see the C Drive but if I try to do a repair, it cannot.
