“Return to Desktop” button

I recently switched jobs, therefore computers and operating systems. I remember on my old Windows 95 system, there was a button on the quicklaunch toolbar which minimized everything that was open in one click. I haven’t found the same thing in my current Windows NT. I would imagine it can be downloaded from somewhere on Microsoft’s sight. Probably I can’t find it because I don’t remember what the little booger is called. Any ideas where to look? I miss it. THANKS
