Rick Kuhn’s Help Desk — Any Directions?

I downloaded Rick Kuhn’s Help Desk Access DB and I need just a little Directions. I know, guys don’t normally ask for directions.

The Location tab looks to be a place to setup locations or departments, but it has six buttons at the bottom — SAM SPADE, VISUAL BASIC, CMD LINE, HEX EDITOR, SQL MGR, JAS CAPTURE — which have no explanation for their function or use.

The Support Tracking tab has dropdown boxes for TECH/CALLER, PROBLEM, and ASSIGNED/STATUS. Is there a place to setup these or do I simply create the rows in their respective tables?

And where did this guy run off to anyway? None of the TR Links for him work and the TR search for Rick Kuhn come up zero (0).
