Right hand area of taskbar (near clock)

I have a program object that I have placed in the startup folder to start minimized. When it starts, it appears in the center area of the taskbar (icon and name) as other minimized objects do.
I would rather have it appear in the right hand are of the taskbar (where the clock is) as some other applications do when they are started either manually or automatically at startup.
Can this be done without having to do so within the program itself? It’s an outside application that i can’t recompile.
