Rights and Long names in NW411

I have a 4.11 netware with DS 6.0 with SPACK6 with one volume mounted with NFS and LONG file name support. My problem is that suddenly the right of the users to their home drive lost and long file names is not supported on the volume. Have to restart the server to make it work again. Any quick remedy? I have’nt tried SPACK8A yet, maybe we can resolve the problem by not installing the SPACK8A. By the way this server is in tree with two server including this and as the MASTER. Both are N411 but the other is with SPACK7..DSrepair doesn’t solve the problem at all.
