I’m sorry to say that our friend, Joe Rosberg, aka Maxwell Edison, has passed on, unexpectedly.

Joe and I exchanged many emails over the past few years and I got to know him quite well through them. He was an avid music lover, excellent writer and had a great sense of humor. I will miss him very much.
Joe/Maxwell challenged our long-held political beliefs (I’m sure you all remember). Sometimes, we got stabbed too, ouch, but he really was a person that understood the intentions of our founding fathers and his views never strayed from those intentions. He was a very principled man and I greatly admired him for that. He sure opened my eyes to a lot of things.
His service to our country and the leadership he offered to many young men in the Boy Scouts is representative of what a good and kind man he was. He practiced what he preached. There are few among us that have lived such an exemplary life.
I hope Joe is at peace now. I will cherish the memories I have of him.
